Our WHY is a deeply-rooted in thoughtfully crafting a legacy; a head-start for our children, ensuring they don’t have to start from scratch like we did. The video on our homepage, of two babies running on the beach at our Topsail Beach property with not a care in the world, is more than a dream. Both of our top-notch in NC owners started from scratch - working their way through college and finishing with not much more than school debt and big dreams. Fast forward to today, and they have full-time careers, a busy & love-filled home, college loans paid off, a small business with 5 employees (including those kids of course!), and two children that motivate them to build a legacy worth leaving.
