“We enjoyed our vacation immensely at this fantastic home in Topsail! Luxurious, very clean, spacious, and so comfortable. We felt welcomed right away with all this house has to offer...they've really thought of everything! Beautiful views and all the amenities you expect (and then some) in a vacation home. Plenty of room for a small group getaway or big family gatherings. Beautiful decor and finishings! The attention to detail and level of care put into every room was impressive! The elevator was a huge plus, making arrival and departure so easy. The quick, lovely walk to the private community beach was very convenient and added to our joyful memories. Fabulous host who was always available for any questions and to make sure we were having a 5 star experience! I would give this beautiful home 10 stars if I could! Will definitely be back to this restful retreat soon!”

We’ve stayed at a lot Airbnbs and this one really is top notch. There is amazing detail to things that make being away from home easier like charging stations, a very well equipped kitchen, high quality toiletries, good lighting, and easy access to premium tv. There is plenty of off street parking. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It
was a trouble free, comfortable home-away-from-home, and we will definitely come back.

What an amazing house & host! Where to even begin - this vacation was everything I needed. The house is beautiful, spotless, and such an easy walk to the beach. Kristin is very thoughtful, kind, responsive, proactive, and without a doubt the best host I’ve experienced (we travel often and book through various sites). The house is exactly as advertised, the views are even more beautiful in person, and the outdoor spaces and amenities make the stay even more enjoyable. The most comfortable, cute, and tasteful home with an angel of a host. Kristin makes sure to take care of her guests and is the most hospitable person! The house was the perfect home away from home as my husband received treatment at Duke for his cancer. We are beyond grateful we found this house and the espresso machine and coffee bar made our stay even better! Durham is full of amazing restaurants and coffee shops so make sure to explore this foodie city. I also loved walking the neighborhood, it was so quiet and cute!

Our stay at Kristin’s beach home in Topsail, NC was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. You can tell a lot of care and attention to detail went into preparing the space.
The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach with stunning ocean views, peaceful surroundings, and close to great local restaurants and shops.
Kristin was an outstanding host. She was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed before, during, and after our stay. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and it truly made the experience even better.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful beach retreat. We can’t wait to come back.

We have stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and this was one of the best. The cottage was so warm and inviting and so many thoughtful details put into the design and decor of the home. Three good size bedroom, all beds and linens so comfy! Fresh flowers by the beds, soft cozy robes in all the bedroom, kitchen well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. The espresso machine was so easy to use and made delicious coffee! So great to be able to make coffee and have a relaxed morning each morning without having to run out for coffee!! We will always try to stay here when we visit Durham in the future!
