bi-weekly: refresh title/description, photos, pricing & booking strategy for upcoming 2-8 weeks, messaging updates

We wish a dynamic pricing strategy was a “set it and forget” kind of endeavor. Until it is, hosts have to be persistent in the monitoring of data and market, and make adjustments accordingly in order to maximize the benefits of the hosting experience.
