Renovation & Design Refresh

Best for hosts that want to renovate or refresh their property’s physical space & design. This is a strategic upgrade (not a full furnish) to improve the direct return-on-investment (more bookings, higher nightly rate and occupancy), reviews, ranking, and guest experience.

What’s included:

• Comprehensive design plan + budget

• Materials selection, delivery and installation

• Contractor coordination & collaboration

• Does not include cost for installation services or materials.

• Total cost includes (this) deposit + materials + a materials & product procurement fee (% of project); which covers all operational, insurance, travel, selections, and designer services and costs.
